SHIPPING POLICY
OUR FAST SHIPPING PLEDGE
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days after ordering. Expedited U.S. shipping orders made after noon CST are processed the next business day. Orders made during peak season may take longer to process due to volume constraints.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING FOR TACTACAM PRODUCTS
We now offer two expedited shipping options via FedEx:
- Overnight: $50 flat fee
- 2-day: $25 flat fee
Overnight delivery guarantees next-day delivery by 3 p.m. but excludes weekends and major U.S. holidays, and does not cover international orders or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
Expedited orders placed before 12pm CST will ship the same business day (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the following business day, regardless of expedited services purchased. Expedited shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, or P.O. boxes.
STANDARD DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use USPS to ship in the United States. International shipping options vary depending on location and country-specific policies.

We want you to love our products–and we want you to let us know if something is wrong. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means that if at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it to us for a refund–no questions asked. This includes any items that were damaged during shipping or were otherwise imperfect. Unfortunately, any shipping fees you may have paid are not refundable, and this applies only to orders placed at defendcellcam.com.

2. Customer Support will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA, number. Please print two copies of this; place one inside the box and outside the box you will use to return the products.
3. Items being returned must be received by Tactacam within 14 days of the RMA being issued. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. U.S. customers: Mail your returned items to:

Tactacam Warranty
Tactacam products and accessories, including Reveal and DEFEND cameras and accessories, are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the delivery date. If you bought something that has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the defective part or product, or replace it with a comparable part or product at our discretion.
Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing, or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition, or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Warranties are limited to items acquired through authorized dealers and channels. Items purchased through gray markets and unauthorized resellers are not covered by this or any warranty. Tactacam assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Tactacam be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.
Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking fees. International warranty return shipping or shipping a product back to the customer is not included.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Under no circumstances is Tactacam responsible for any refund or remuneration exceeding the original purchase price of the product less any shipping fees. Tactacam will not be held responsible for typographical errors on sales receipts, repair tickets, or on our website. We make every effort to make sure all information on our website is correct.
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Tactacam will replace your product or part free of charge if it has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. Tactacam is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns. Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers.

2. Customer Support will determine if your camera is under warranty and initiate the return process, which includes issue of a Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA, number. Please print two copies of this; place one inside the box and outside the box you will use to return the products. Please follow instructions from the Customer Support team on exactly which components to return; for example, please don’t return batteries, antennas, or SD cards.
3. Items being returned must be received by Tactacam within 14 days of the RMA being issued. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
