This is easy to do once you are in the DEFEND app and have opted for the Plus package. Plus is a plan add-on that gives you a year of cloud storage, unlimited remote HD photo downloads, and unlimited video and on-demand photos. One Plus plan covers every camera on your Tactacam account.
Here’s how to get your on-demand photo and video:
- Ensure the camera is set to instant mode
- Go to your app’s settings
- Click on “Request HD image” or “Request video”
- This action sends a message to the camera to start recording or take a photo
- Once recorded, the image or video is sent immediately to your app
