Live view should be automatically available to all DEFEND owners. If the feature is not showing up in your app, you may need to update the app to the latest version.
What Is Live View?
Live view is a new feature available on DEFEND Cameras that allows you to access a live feed from your camera. Instead of waiting for a photo or video to upload after motion is detected, live view lets you see what is going on at any time.
How to Use Live View
Using live view is easy:
1. Open the DEFEND App on your phone or tablet
2. Tap on the camera you want to check in on
3. Select “Enter live view”
4. In a few seconds the app will connect to your camera and you can get the live feed
Each live view lasts for 2 minutes.
